I am a proud Idaho native. I began investing in real estate in dental school and over the last 20 years have experienced bull and bear markets. My passion is bringing investors and tenants together in the medical and dental fields to develop esthetic, functional and cost-effective commercial spaces.

Outside of real estate, I am a practicing general dentist. I feel the experience I’ve had in developing dental offices and purchasing/managing existing offices gives me an unique and valuable skill set. In addition, our team of builders, lenders, property managers and dental supply contacts help to work through the whole development process quickly and efficiently so practitioners can focus on their patients and getting their ideal practice.

I was born and raised in Boise and love being an Idahoan. I have a BA in Business Administration from the College of Idaho and a Masters of Science degree from Idaho State University.

After graduate school I worked as a CPA for a large firm. Real estate clients got me thinking more deeply about the unique, tax-advantaged nature of real estate. After public accounting, I worked in a finance capacity for a large real estate developer which has built 30,000+ units. I focused on acquiring income producing assets across major west coast markets. 15 years ago, I started buying multifamily real estate in the treasure valley. Over time this led to development as well. $100m in total acquisition/development volume.
